...And now, another scrumptious (and simple) bite to adorn your plate just like the stars-- Parmesan Crostini!
Parmesan Crostini
makes 6 crostini
6 each 9-inch long slices of baguette (cut on the bias)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Brush each toast with olive oil
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy
