Snack Like the Stars: Parmesan Crostini

After a lot of hard work some very delicious antipasto plates were created and approved all thanks to the Official SAG Awards Chef this year, Suzanne Goin!

We've already filled you in on how to host Your Own SAG Awards Party and provided the recipe for Slow-roasted Wild Salmon with Spicy Carrot Salad, Yellow beets and Raita... 

...And now, another scrumptious (and simple) bite to adorn your plate just like the stars-- Parmesan Crostini!



Parmesan Crostini

makes 6 crostini



6 each 9-inch long slices of baguette (cut on the bias)


2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 


2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese




Brush each toast with olive oil


Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese


Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy
